Refurbishment Works
- We are specialist refurbishment contractors with 80% of our projects consisting of bathroom, kitchen and general residential and commercial refurbishment works.
Building Alterations & Conversion Works
- Related to our refurbishment works, conversions are part and parcel of this type of projects. Structural conversions are a speciality and our past jobs are evidence of this.
Plumbing & Heating Installations
- We are a Corgi registered company and all our plumbing and heating installations are carried out by our qualified plumbers. We are in a position to take on plumbing packages on a sub-contract basis for large schemes if so required.
Domestic Electrical Installations
- Registered as domestic electrical installer with NICEIC, all electrical works are carried out to latest regulations by our qualified staff.
Carpentry Works
- Included in our construction packages but if so required, we can offer only carpentry sub-contract services to main contractors and developers.
Double Glazing & Conservatories
- Being a sister company to Perfect Glaze Ltd, we can offer competitive supply only or supply and fix rates for residential and commercial double glazing requirements to our clients.
Labour Supply
- We can provide labour supply services to our commercial clients looking to fulfil their short-term project requirements for general unskilled labour, carpenters, plasterers, tilers and decorators.
