Perfect Contracts Ltd was formed in 2003 as a sister company to Perfect Glaze Ltd which has been established over 10 years to complement the double glazing side of the business with a contracts division. Having the necessary building expertise in house, it was a bold strategy to extend the company's range of services to offer refurbishment and construction services also.
Initial set-up was such that we could carry out building sub-contracts for major developers and main contractors who continually use the services of sub-contractors for various projects including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, decoration and general building works.
To further expand the company, a merger with another well-established local construction company Kaystar Construction took place in October 2004 who boasted vast experience in the building sector and carried several technical certifications including Corgi and NHBC. This has resulted in increasing the overall strength of the company and diversification of range of services the company could provide. Since the merger, the company is now also registered with NICEIC as a domestic electrical installer.
With the present capacity, we are able to carry out projects either as main contractors or as sub-contractors over £1million. We have highly experienced and trained workforce consisting of foremen, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers/masons and general labourers and we also employ the services of sub-contractors when required to fulfil the needs of particular projects.
The company's main objective is to provide the highest quality workmanship and expertise at a competitive price to the full satisfaction of the client. We do a lot of repeat business with our existing clients as a result of involving and satisfying the clients' needs at all stages of the project cycle, while at the same time maintaining a professional but down to earth client relationship. We look forward to attract new clients through referrals and recommendations.
