At Perfect Contracts, we are both a domestic and commercial general building contractor. Our works are carried out in the capacity of a main contractor or as a sub-contractor working under a main contractor. Our jobs portfolio consists of commercial contracts ranging from Hotel refurbishments to residential contracts for a range of cliental consisting of housing associations, local authorities, property investors to private individuals.
Currently we are primarily engaged with local authority regeneration schemes that involve refurbishment works mainly to kitchens and bathrooms to properties with tenants in occupation and total refurbishment works to void and derelict houses in the borough. These projects are expected to last until 2010.
We also carry out general building contracts consisting of refurbishment, conversions and extension works typically from £30k upwards for our domestic cliental providing a professional service and the highest quality of workmanship. Our work force consists of in house plumbers, electricians, carpenters, masons and decorators which enables us to provide and deliver the complete package under one roof.
